(“ICC”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to include any and all materials submitted by You through this portal, including but not limited to the Organization’s name, logo and/or case studies (the “Submitted Materials”), within ICC’s International Building Safety Day webpage. Except as expressly set forth herein, no title to or ownership interest in the Materials, or any part thereof, is transferred to ICC. You represent and warrant that You are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Organization and to make the representations herein, and that ICC’s use of the Materials in accordance with this Agreement does not infringe or violate any third party’s rights, including copyright or trademark rights, in the Materials.
