How to write a Technical Challenge

Technical challenges consist of a written description of the question using key words or phrases, a reason for challenge, and reference documentation to support the challenge. Candidates should provide as much information about the exam question(s) as possible. Candidates will receive a written response to the challenge within 15 business days from ICC date submitted.
Content Appeal

It is beneficial to write challenges immediately upon completing your exam as you will be unable to access any questions once the exam has ended. Describe the question in detail and cite the section or page number of the code book or reference (of those listed in the Exam Catalog) which supports your statement. Wording should be to the best of your ability with as much detail as you can provide. Use key words and/or phrases. Please note: All appeals must be received within 30 days of date of exam. You may only challenge the most recent exam taken.
