Technical Challenge Form

NOTE: All challenges must be filed 30 days from the exam date. Challenge content must be based solely on the most recent exam taken. If you test again before receiving a response, this challenge will become null and void.

Challenges consist of a written description of the question using key words, or phrases, reasoning, and reference documentation to support the challenge. Candidates must recall as much information about the exam question(s) as possible.

This challenge form will be reviewed by ICC staff, and written notice of staff decision will be mailed to the candidate within 15 business days after it is received.
